Default to Laser for general clearing — it's the fastest to rack up kills. Switch to Cannon the moment you see a tougher target absorbing multiple hits. Save Missile for anything moving unpredictably, and swap to Plasma the instant enemies bunch together.

Wave Alpha — Establish Your Rhythm

Wave Clear — Alien Fleet Repelled

Wave Bravo — Full Threat Escalation

Wave Bravo increases alien density, speed and formation complexity. This is where weapon switching discipline pays off — Plasma for clusters, Missile for erratic stragglers, Cannon for anything tanky. Watch Earth Health closely; a careless Bravo wave can undo a clean Alpha run fast.

Earth Saved — Mission Complete

Clearing Wave Bravo triggers the EARTH SAVED! screen with your full mission summary: Commander designation, Highest Wave reached, Total Kills and Final Score (6-digit format). From here you can start a New Mission, check the Leaderboard or Change Commander.

Each wave briefing shows the alien types and kill target for that specific wave, but the game doesn't label individual enemies by name mid-fight. In practice you'll recognise these recurring formation behaviours:

Kill efficiency and Earth Health preservation both factor into a strong final score. A Bravo clear with full Earth Health and a fast kill rate outranks a scraped-through win with heavy damage taken.

12 Pro Commander Tactics

  1. Choose your Commander designation carefully. You can't rename mid-session.
  2. Never stop moving. Constant strafing is your primary defense against incoming fire.
